So Louise’s boss wanted to do good and handed out organic turkeys to the workforce on the last working day before christmas. With only a few days prior warning the bird ended up in the freezer with vague plans to do christmas turkey sometime soon-ish. Weighing in at 7kg a group of people was needed to battle the amount of  food.  After securing our place as a venue suitable for hosting this event the date was finally set to the 11th of August. Eight omnivores and one vegetarian bravely set out to engage a massive amount of turkey and side dishes. And we won! It might have taken eating leftovers the next day, but the turkey was conquered 🙂
